First, accept the rules in the #rules channel by reacting to the pinned message.Then, navigate to the #play channel and send the following message:

Finally, you can connect to the Islands. Add our server at mc.islandsmc.comNOTE: If you are kicked because you're not whitelisted, it is because you haven't linked your account to Discord. Please follow the steps on the previous page.
